Sneha Cleetus, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) at Gadlage and Associates ENT, has established a notable career in healthcare, underpinned by her commitment to patient-centered care. With a solid academic foundation from Georgia State University, Sneha's experience encompasses emergency care, primary care, and pediatrics. Her expertise, particularly honed during her time as an RN at Northside Hospital Gwinnett's Level 2 trauma center, includes managing complex conditions such as facial traumas and airway emergencies. 

 

Having transitioned from an RN role in the Emergency Department to a specialized focus in otolaryngology, Sneha now expertly manages a wide range of acute and chronic ear, nose, and throat conditions at Gadlage and Associates. Her proficiency extends to conducting comprehensive allergy testing and tailored treatment plans. Her approach integrates her emergency care experience with a deep commitment to addressing the diverse needs of ENT patients.

 

Passionate about community health, Sneha has actively volunteered at GAPI Volunteers Clinic and The Urban Clinic of Atlanta. At Gadlage and Associates ENT, Sneha applies her diverse clinical skills and empathetic approach to enhance patient outcomes and care standards.
